Substitutinal Atonement
Christ suffered and died FOR YOUR SINS.

For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us:  1 Cor 5:7

And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.   Eph 5:2

For then must he [Jesus] often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.  Heb 9:26

Even as the Son of Man came not to be ministered unto, but to minster, and to give his life a ransom for many. Matt 20:28

For I [Paul] delivered unto you first of all that which I also recieved, how that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures; And that he was butied, and that he rose again the third day according to the Scriptures:  1 Cor 15:3,4

For there is one God, and one mediator betweem God and men, the madn Christ Jesus.  Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.  1 Tim 2:5,6

For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Rom 6:23

But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.  Much more now, being justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. 10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. 11 And now only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now recieved the atomement.  Rom 5:8-11
